50ml BOOZE CUPBOARD Gin 
25ml triple sec
20ml fresh lemon juice
1 egg white

Pour your ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shakefor around 15 seconds. Open the shaker and add a few lumps of ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or an edible flower (if you have one just laying around)
